2.1 Initial Setup and Installation Fees

  • Non-Refundable Fees: The initial setup and installation fees are non-refundable once the service has been installed and activated.

2.2 Monthly Service Fees

  • Pro-Rata Refunds: If you decide to cancel your service within the first 7 days of activation, you may be eligible for a pro-rata refund of the monthly service fee, minus any usage charges.
  • No Refunds After 7 Days: Monthly service fees are non-refundable after the first 7 days of service activation.

2.3 Advance Payments

  • Pro-Rata Refunds: If you have paid in advance for multiple months and decide to cancel your service, you may be eligible for a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the advance payment, calculated from the date of service termination.
