Welcome to Expert Online. By subscribing to or using our internet services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Agreement

By signing up for Expert Online services, you agree to receive internet connectivity and related support based on the package you choose. The service is provided on a monthly rental basis unless otherwise specified.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent to subscribe to our services. Valid identification and proof of address may be required for registration.

3. Installation and Equipment

  • Installation charges may vary depending on your location and selected package.

  • Expert Online may provide or recommend equipment such as routers, ONU devices, and optical fiber cables.

  • Customers are responsible for maintaining any installed equipment during their service period.

4. Billing and Payment

  • Billing is calculated every 30 days from the date of activation.

  • All payments must be made on or before the due date to avoid disconnection.

  • Late payments may lead to temporary suspension or reconnection charges.

  • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a promotional offer.

5. Unlimited Usage Policy (No FUP)

All Expert Online packages are truly unlimited. We do not apply any Fair Usage Policy (FUP). Your internet speed will not be reduced based on usage volume.

6. User Responsibilities

  • Users must not engage in any illegal, abusive, or harmful online activities.

  • Reselling or redistributing the internet connection beyond the registered premises is strictly prohibited.

  • Any activities that may compromise the security or integrity of Expert Online’s network are not allowed.

7. Service Availability

  • While we strive for maximum uptime, temporary service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or external factors (e.g., power failure, fiber cut, natural disaster).

  • Our support team will respond promptly to resolve issues and restore service.

8. Privacy and Data Use

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We never sell or share your personal data without your consent, unless required by law.

9. Amendments to Terms

Expert Online reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon publication.

10. Termination of Service

  • Customers may cancel their subscription by giving at least 30 days’ prior notice.

  • Upon cancellation, the customer must return all devices and equipment provided by Expert Online, including optical fiber cable, ONU, router, or any other materials.

  • If the customer has deposited any security money, it will be refunded only after the complete return of all provided equipment in good condition.

  • Failure to return devices may result in deduction from the refundable deposit or incur additional charges.
