Terms and Conditions of Expert Online

Welcome to Expert Online, your trusted broadband internet service provider. By subscribing to and using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

  1. Service Agreement

This agreement is between Expert Online and the customer (referred to as “you” or “customer”). By using our services, you accept these terms and conditions, which govern your use of the broadband internet services provided by Expert Online.

  1. Service Description

3.1 Broadband Internet Service

  • Expert Online provides high-speed internet access to residential and business customers.
  • The service includes a broadband connection with varying speeds, data limits, and additional features based on the selected plan.

3.2 Installation and Equipment

  • Expert Online will provide necessary equipment (ONU, Adapter, Fiber Cable, Patch Cable etc) for accessing the service.
  • The installation will be performed by our technicians. Any issues during installation must be reported immediately.
  1. Customer Obligations

4.1 Payment

  • Customers must pay the monthly service fee and any additional charges as specified in the selected plan.
  • Payments are due on the first of each month. Late payments may incur additional fees.

4.2 Use of Service

  • The service is for personal or business use only. Reselling or redistributing the service without Authority permission is prohibited.
  • Customers must not use the service for any illegal activities, including but not limited to hacking, spamming, and distributing malware.
  • Expert Online Maintain Customers Log.

4.3 Equipment

  • The equipment provided remains the property of Expert Online. Customers are responsible for the care and maintenance of the equipment.
  • Any damage to the equipment beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges.
  1. ISP Obligations

5.1 Service Quality

  • Expert Online will strive to provide uninterrupted service but does not guarantee 100% uptime.
  • In case of scheduled maintenance, customers will be notified in advance.

5.2 Customer Support

  • Expert Online will provide 24/7 customer support through phone, email, and online chat.
  • Any service disruptions or issues should be reported to our support team.
  1. Privacy Policy
  • Expert Online respects customer privacy and will not share personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
  • Detailed information on data collection and usage is available in our Privacy Policy document.
  1. Termination of Service

7.1 By Customer

  • Customers may terminate the service by providing 30 days’ notice in writing or via email.
  • Any outstanding fees must be paid before termination.

7.2 By ISP

  • Expert Online reserves the right to terminate service for non-payment, violation of terms, or misuse of the service.
  • Customers will be notified of the termination and provided a reason.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • Expert Online is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the service during the period of disruption.
  1. Governing Law
  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bangladesh.
  1. Amendments
  • Expert Online reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes via email or our website.
