Expert Online Refund Policy
At Expert Online, we are committed to delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction. However, in certain circumstances, a refund may be necessary. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any payments.
1. Eligibility for Refund
If a customer makes an advance payment (bill or deposit) before installation and later decides not to proceed, they are eligible to request a refund.
Once the connection is installed and activated, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
Refunds will not be granted for partial usage of the billing cycle or due to issues with the customer’s personal devices (e.g., router, computer, etc.).
2. Advance Payment
Advance payments made for monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual packages are non-refundable after the service is activated.
However, if payment is made and the connection is not installed within 7 working days, the customer may claim a full refund.
3. Service Disconnection
If a customer voluntarily disconnects the service after activation, no refund will be provided for the remaining unused period.
If the customer has paid any deposit, it will be refunded only after returning all company-provided equipment (e.g., ONU, router, fiber cable, etc.) in good and working condition.
4. Refund Charges & Method
If a customer makes payment via bank, bKash, Nagad, or card (co-branded/debit/credit) and is eligible for a refund, the refund will be processed after deducting any service charges imposed by the respective payment gateway or method.
The refund will be issued to the same payment method used by the customer.
Refunds will be processed via bank transfer, mobile banking, or cash, and may take 7–10 working days to complete.
Customers must submit valid identification and payment proof to initiate the refund process.
5. Policy Changes
Expert Online reserves the right to modify, update, or amend this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be updated and published on our official website.
